Nibbana is the representation of Barbara Santos’s work. An experienced massage and holistic therapist with over 10 years’ experience. After attending training in Brazil, India and Thailand and working in Australia, Brazil and Thailand, Barbara is now based in Luzern, CH, providing to the Swiss community wellness and well-being.
Barbara aims to give and to promote moments of relaxation that would benefit not only the body, but also the mind, bringing the balance to one’s life

About Barbara Santos
Bárbara Santos believes that massage does not only cease body aches by working on muscles tissues. For her, massage goes far beyond that, it brings body awareness and through that, consciousness – a mental state of being aware of and responsive to one’s surroundings. Something that has being lacking in nowadays lifestyle, where there are less consciousness when one has intense work, home-office, long hours sitting in front of computer and has not enough time to practice exercises
